If you are the person that doesn’t have time to plan your event and would like to have someone handle all the details, then this is the service for you. We handle everything from the beginning to the end with your input along the way.

Full Event Planning starting at $4,750.00

This is the perfect package for the client that doesn’t want to spend the time planning their own event. This package allows you to enjoy the event without all the work and stress. We will work closely with you to create a plan of action bringing your personality, style and ideas to life. We work with some of the best vendors in the area who will assist in making your vision a reality.

During Planning

  • Set up an initial consultation with you to explain our fees and services
  • Assign one main consultant and up to two assistants for event day
  • Be available to you via phone, text or email to answer any questions you have along the way
  • Have 10 meetings with you (12 months, 9 months, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month, 2 week, 1 week and three (3) floating)
  • Monthly planning schedule
  • Event location assistance
  • Assist with budget preparation, management and cost saving solutions
  • Provide theme development and options
  • Assist with bridal wear selection
  • Design and wording for save the dates, invitations and programs
  • Vendor selections including scheduling and attending appointments
  • Assist with favor selections
  • Create and submit your rental order
  • Assist with hotel accommodations for out of town guests
  • Manage transportation and logistics
  • Schedule and attend a final location walk through one (1) month out
  • Confirm with all vendors one (1) week prior to event
  • Create a master list of all vendors and other important contacts
  • Develop and distribute event day timeline to all vendors & bridal party
  • Create layouts for Event sites


  • Assist with rehearsal dinner planning and attend for complete coverage
  • Organize & conduct the event rehearsal

Event Day

  • Available for unlimited hours to coordinate your event day from start to finish
  • Key contact for vendors and ensure they are completing all tasks per contracts
  • Provide onsite crisis management if any issues arise
  • Manage vendor and decor setup at Event sites
  • Organize and distribute all flowers to the event party, family and special guests
  • Provide event day emergency kit
  • Facilitate the event ceremony
  • Assist in bustling the brides gown
  • Direct guests with reception seating
  • Coordinate entertainment and all announcements during event
  • Distribute vendor gratuities and final payments
  • Pack up all personal items at the end of the event (gifts, decor, etc.)
  • Coordinate your grand exit

Any assistance needed outside of the services listed above may incur additional fees based upon client’s needs.
